Royal Motors has been servicing our cars for almost 10 years now. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable. Ronnie and his wife have wonderful hearts and will do all they can to help. I believe his name is Ramon- at the front desk- very kind and helpful as well as all of the mechanics. I recommend them 100%!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Ramon and Jamal at Royal Motors North. I brought my Mercedes in with a very difficult, intermittent electrical issue that multiple shops couldn’t figure out. The car would randomly shut off, throw warnings, and then restart — the kind of problem most shops avoid or give up on. Ramon and Jamal didn’t. They took the time to actually diagnose the issue, listened to the full history of the car, and were patient and methodical instead of just throwing parts at it. Their electrical knowledge and problem-solving skills really showed here. Once the root cause was identified and addressed, the car has been running exactly as it should. What impressed me most was their honesty, communication, and professionalism throughout the process. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and made sure the fix made sense. No pressure, no guessing, just solid work. If you own a Mercedes or any European car and want a shop that truly knows what they’re doing — especially with complex electrical problems — Ramon and Jamal are the people you want working on your car. My experience with Royal Motors was exceptional. Took my vehicle to the dealer for a routine service and they wanted to charge me for additional services I did not need. I took my vehicle to Royal Motors and Ramon explained in detail the routine service that I needed and verified that additional services the dealer was telling me I needed were not needed. We are talking about over $3k in additional services. Again, Ramon explained in great detail how my car functions and why my car did not need the additional services. If you want great and honest service, I recommend you take your vehicle to Royal Motors.
